Office Assistant/Receptionist
We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a full time Office Assistant/Receptionist. Duties will include, but aren’t limited to, answering multiline phones, using a database to schedule appointments for multiple employees, providing support to owners and other office staff, finalizing inspections, processing mail, and scanning documents. Must be organized, have good communication and computers skills and be able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
